Privacy and personal data processing policy

1. Scope and controller

This policy applies to oa-clinic.ru and to enquiries sent through the official channels published on it. The personal data controller is ИП Литвиненко Владислав Станиславович, Tax ID (INN) 280888169543, OGRNIP 322237500290910, address: Сормовская, д. 208, к. 1, кв. 53 Налогообложение УСН 6%,ПСН, Без НДС.

It is prepared with regard to Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data. Version date: 6 September 2026.

2. Data that may be processed

• technical request data: IP address, date and time, requested URL, response code, user agent and referrer;
• information voluntarily supplied in an enquiry: name, telephone number, email address, messenger identifier and message content;
• information needed to arrange or support a service, but only after an official channel and a valid legal basis are introduced.

There are no appointment forms, user accounts, analytics cookies or advertising pixels. The website does not request health information. Do not send medical records, diagnoses or other special-category data through general email or a messenger.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Data may be used to operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, answer an enquiry, take steps requested before a service agreement, perform an agreement or legal duty, and protect lawful rights. The applicable legal grounds under Article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ include consent, steps at the data subject’s request, performance of a contract, compliance with law and a legitimate interest that does not override the individual’s rights.

If a new feature requires consent, it will be requested separately from other documents and will include a clear withdrawal method before that feature goes live.

4. Messages and marketing

AO Clinic may send service messages connected with a specific enquiry. Informational or marketing messages, including messages sent through WhatsApp, require prior opt-in that clearly identifies AO Clinic, the channel and the relevant message category.

A recipient can opt out at any time by replying “STOP”, using the platform’s blocking tools or contacting the official channel. No reason is required and the request is honoured without undue delay. See the Messaging policy.

5. Processing, retention and deletion

The controller may collect, record, organise, store, update, use, block and delete data only to the extent required for a stated purpose. Technical logs are normally retained for no more than 30 days unless an incident or law requires longer retention. An ordinary enquiry is retained until it is resolved and then for no more than one year unless a contract, dispute or mandatory retention period requires otherwise.

Data is deleted or anonymised when the purpose or retention period ends, or after a valid withdrawal of consent, unless the law requires it to be kept. A minimal suppression record may be retained to prevent further marketing.

6. Service providers and international transfers

Necessary access may be given to hosting, corporate email and authorised messaging providers under confidentiality and security terms. If a user chooses WhatsApp, the relevant platform operator also processes data under its own terms.

The website does not load foreign analytics or advertising tools. Before website forms are enabled, primary recording and storage of Russian citizens’ personal data will use databases located in Russia. Any international transfer by the controller will take place only after the applicable legal conditions and notification requirements are met.

7. Security

Measures include access control, data minimisation, software updates, backups, HTTPS transport and security-event monitoring. Access is limited to people who need it for the stated purpose.

8. Individual rights and requests

An individual may request information about processing, ask for correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw consent, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Identity information permitted by law may be requested to protect the data of other people.

9. Cookies and updates

The current website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. If these technologies are introduced, their purposes, retention periods and user controls will be published before activation.

A new version applies when posted here. Material changes will be published before the relevant processing starts. The Russian text prevails if the translation differs.
